Mihaylo Bids for Inter-Tel
Mihaylo had a former offer for the company rejected as you may recall.
Being part of the Terry Matthews family of companies has tremendous advantages which are hard to compare with any competing offer in my opinion. This means the Mihaylo offer would likely have to be substantially higher than Mitel’s highest bid to be successful.

Kerry Garrison is the senior product manger for trixbox for Fonality and is educating the audience at TMC's Communications Developer Conference on the benefits of open source development. Paul cited Marc Robin's column in Internet Telephony Magazine where Marc complains the hype about unified messaging has been way ahead of adoption for years.
