ECI Telecom Podcast Interview with CMO Laura Howard

Since my last article about ECI Telecom, the company has gone private. The question I am sure you are wondering about is how has this move changed the outlook for the company if at all and moreover what is ECI up to today?

Call Center Jobs in NY

February 4, 2008
It is good to see that the call center space has been helping to give jobs to many while the jobless rate has crept up. I have noticed there are call center closures as well but I was pretty pleased to read that Sitel will be converting a Corning plant into a call center and in doing so will invest $5.5 million and hire 400. The call center will be located in Steuben County, NY.
