Comcast Gets Kevin Martin's Wrath

Kevin Martin seems to be genuinely upset at Comcast and the fact they weren't forthcoming about their traffic shaping of BitTorrent traffic."A hallmark of what should be seen as a reasonable business practice is certainly whether or not the people engaging in that practice are willing to describe it publicly," Mr. Martin said.
Martin also said the FCC is sorting out ways to enforce new "open access" rules for some of the wireless spectrum now being auctioned.
