I have to admit I am writing about this company because I like the name. Solid Cactus is now in the call center space. They have added this service to a bewildering array of marketing services they already provide. Here is the press release.

As opposed to Transparent Cactus, Opaque Cactus, Translucent Cactus, Liquid Cactus?
Prickly, painful, deadly??, annoying, camouflaged (the worst kind), wandering, roving, delicious (except for that bloody aftertaste), kind (rubber needles), polite (gets out of the way).
