I just ran into the technical team of SER at lunch and they told me how amazing things are going from them and that the outbound side of the call center business is doing very well for them. They say the do not call list has not killed the outbound business as many predicted but it is slower than it was. Business is good for SER as they are taking market share away from their competitors and they think the fact that Concerto has been in consolidation mode recently gives them a clear advantage.
