A while back I was a speech from Jack Welch promoting his new book. I remember how he emphasized how competitive China was. He told us the light bulb competition in China was fierce. He seemed to go out of his way to emphasize this point.

I bring all this us because fellow Blogger David SIMS thinks India has an advantage over China and one of the reasons is because the country is more entrepreneurial. Perhaps he is right but I keep thinking about the words of Jack Welch and wonder.
