This business model incentivizes Atrium to work as efficiently as possible instead of bilking hourly rates, and build tools to eliminate less-skilled work or assist with common corporate duties. That’s allowed it to speed up legal work on incorporations, financings, M&A and contract negotiations.

Services include Atrium Counsel which provides a dedicated attorney, paralegal, cap table management, equity issuance, board matters, meetings and simple contract reviews.

Atrium Financing negotiates term sheets and builds an investor-ready legal room, all for a flat fee.
