James has some good analysis on the Google/YouTube deal and I agree with Mark Cuban on this one. To an extent anyway. The company will be sued but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a viable way to continue to turn YouTube into the defacto location on the Internet for video viewing. Google has had video initiatives for a while and I wonder if part of the reason they are considering YouTube is because their own efforts aren’t moving far enough along.
