For those of you who are green and want to retire in Florida, there is now a green building option called Ecocentre located in Lake Worth -- a city I am not familiar with. I am fairly certain this trend will continue and more and more people will live in green buildings if they can find them. I suppose we will also see a thriving green aftermarket for building. Sort of like pimp by condo green.

This will likely be a good market for all the out of work contractors to consider.
