Phil Harvey recently updated me on the situation with Light Reading's take on the Tekelec switching division being sold to Ericsson:
Our sources may be wrong on the acquirer. We updated our story yesterday and are still following up with everyone we talked to. Evidently things are pretty fluid over there at Tekelec and the top candidate changes from day to day.
