Brian Metherell the VP and General Manager of Toshiba American Information Systems spoke at ITEXPO today and I caught him highlighting his recent dealer survey. Mobility seems to be a key driver of purchasing according to this survey. Thankfully cost savings is part of the move to voip but customers are realling highlighting productivity increases as a larger reason for VoIP adoption.
