Supporting Customers on Facebook

I was in Manhattan this past weekend and was blown away by the number of ads I saw on billboards and on top of taxi cabs which didn’t promote a company’s Web site but instead their Facebook page. It got me thinking about social CRM and whether companies are leveraging social media beyond the URL. Interestingly I came across this TMC webinar which takes place today and focuses on the issue of providing customer service from Facebook pages. Check it out below – it takes place at 2:00 PM EST.
