Last week I apologized for our site being down as we were experiencing tremendous web activity. Our site traffic sets new records every day it seems. We had to rush and order new equipment to handle the load. In my blog entry I pointed out that TMCnet was in the top 4,871 sites on Alexa. Now, amazingly we have improved our ranking and currently TMCnet stands as the 2,888 most popular site on the web!Alexa numbers vary widely and sites are penalized retroactively for unsustained peaks. Thank you for visiting our site as often as you do and hopefully our content offering is compelling. According to Alexa, The average visitor looks at 3-4 pages per visit which is a pretty high number.
