Cognitive Collaboration Announced at Cisco Live 2019

There was a lot going on at Cisco Live this week.

One thing which caught our eye was Amy Chang’s keynote about Cognitive Collaboration – specifically, building bridges, not islands.

It’s worth a listen – “Context and intelligence will be slipstreamed into the product,” she exclaimed.

Paul Harrold, VP of Collaboration at PCM had this to say, “While it was really great to hear about everything they are doing with 5G technology and AI, I was most impressed with what Amy Chang had to say about cognitive collaboration, it uses facial recognition and does data pulls to get pertinent information about your calls. It is state of the art and will make a huge difference in the collaboration space.

This is big news from Cisco – exciting things ahead for UC and collaboration!
