I had this link sent to me today and it shows BellSouth reselling Packet8 service. I have been traveling for a while so I am not even sure if this is new. I haven't been able to find any news about this on TMCnet or anywhere else. If this is real and not some bizarre experiment Bellsouth is running, it is amazing news for Packet8.
As a side note, there are two companies that seem to have shareholders that are more like religious worshippers than investors. Anytime I write about either company a slew of investors contact me to either to compliment me or complain.
The two companies are Sonus and Packet8.

Rich,
We're not religious, we just like the truth to be told. As a group we know far more than any of the pundits writing about 8x8. If you'd taken the ride we've taken for the last 7 years, you'd be "religious" too.
Case in point: From the Motley Fool today:
"8x8 is growing rapidly. In the third quarter, revenues increased from $2.5 million to $7.1 million. Still, the company posted a net loss of $5.5 million, which outstripped its $3.7 million net loss in the year-ago quarter. In addition, the company only has a little more than $5 million in the bank."
Anyone reading this would conclude that 8x8 will run out of cash this quarter. The fact is, this moron ignored the short-term investments, which while technically not money "in the bank", it is essentially cash. In fact, 8x8 had about $20,000,000 in cash and short-term investments at the end of September. So they probably with have about $14-15 when they report in December.
Sloppy reporting or agenda driven? You decide.
Anyway, I don't think you've been very guilty of this sort of thing. But Abrams sure has. It pisses him off to no end that P8 doesn't consult him, and it's gotten in the way of his objectivity. Bet HE gets a lot of letters.
