OK so I may be exaggerating a bit. After all, directory assistance isn't really an upgrade as every non-VoIP line has it but in the VoIP world we are ahead in some places and behind in others. Bearing this in mind, CallVantage customer can now obtain directory assistance listings by dialing 4-1-1. Callers can obtain two listings per call and will be charged 99 cents per use. Subscribers will also find a link to eFax on the More Features page of their web portal. Those users with heavy faxing needs can also opt for a subscription to eFax, a more elegant solution than some others provided today.
