China Grants VoIP License

Forbes reports that China may be getting on the VoIP bandwagon soon. Expect the company to develop a technological platform for VoIP by March 20 and release VoIP regulations around May.

One wonders if this is good or bad new for Skype. This news made me think of a past China Skype news post in fact.
