I've got a meeting today with a company in the Midwest and need to take a trip out there just for today. Amazingly, finding flights at reasonable hours is less and less viable. The flight leaves around 7:00 AM. I would have been happy with 8:30. While getting up early is great from a productivity standpoint, it is amazing to me that there are still certain routes where there are few choices in terms of flight times. It's like buying the original Model T... Any color you want as long as it's black. With all the we conferencing alternatives out there you would think the airlines would need to expand the number of flights to various destinations. Apparently not.
Speaking of conferencing, I met with a company called InterWise recently that has some slick technology in the conferencing space. I was pretty impressed with their demo and think they can compete well against WebEx and Microsoft LiveMeeting.
