Well not really. I have to work on those headlines. They can be so dramatic sometimes. Perhaps my recent reading of supermarket tabloids has negatively influenced me. Those tabloids can be so full of fluff. Of course the British tabloids are better than those in the US. Well they have more juicy fluff anyway. Hey, where am I going with this?

Oh yes, speaking of Britain, they are now home to the lawsuit that will forever change the name of Google's gmail service to googlemail. Google is working to get the name back but for now all new addresses will use the longer googlemail URL while existing accounts are fine the way they are.

Between this lawsuit and book publishers suing Google I get the feeling they really are ahead of Microsoft. Of course that is of course if you judge your success based on how many people sue you. The bigger the company the bigger the target it seems.
