Here are my presentations from the Interactive Intelligence and Vonexus Seminars. The audience was very inquisitive and asked some great questions. Yes VoIP is happening and yes anything else is now legacy. The world has decided that VoIP is telecom and everything else is outdated.
It was great to meet some new faces and say hello to many of the old friends I have known for years.
