Investors are clamoring to get into the VoIP market and the near 15 million dollars that were just invested in Tut Systems is just one indicator of how much excitement there is in the market for anything over IP. I clarify because Tut Systems is really in the video and broadband deliver solutions market.
Tut is a public company so a private placement is a bit out of the norm. Perhaps the private investors know something about the earnings that are about to be announced in a few days. Tut System's stock price has been up in recent weeks.
