VoIP Peering and XO

XO has joined the Voice Peering Fabric which means the company will be able to share VoIP traffic with other service providers without having to travel over the PSTN. The benefits of peering are many-fold allowing service providers to have better quality, lower fees and less taxes when transferring calls between one provider and another.

Another benefit of joining the VPF is the ability to get access to the VPF ENUM registry allowing XO subscribers to easily communicate with subscribers of other service provider networks with general ease.

Be sure to be at the VoIP Peering Summit at ITEXPO this month in LA if you are a service provider or enterprise interested in gaining the benefits of peering for your organization.
