In what could be one of the most positive VoIP stories I have read in a while, Russell Shaw tells of a hospital that uses VoIP to potentially save lives. I travel the country giving speeches about how VoIP can make an enterprise more efficient but sometimes the most overlooked benefits of VoIP are how it can be used in areas where speed and efficiency can save lives. The military is one of these areas and the medical field is another.
