Vonage Service Down

Rumor has it, or is lots of blog posts the makings of a fact? How is this? Vonage was allegedly down for a period of time today. It seems about 250,000 users were without service in the afternoon. Tom Keating one of the earliest Vonage users hasn't blogged about this yet. I am interested to hear his perspective. Tom, I don't believe for a second that you actually left your computer this weekend and missed this breaking news opp wink

My VONAGE service has been down since March 2nd. When you call the company all you get is busy signals. They had sent me an email saying that your router might not work anymore because of a glitch after a system upgrade they did. Is anyone else going through this?

I would not recommend vonage the service is bad. no customer care at all.they are just after the money.
