What a weekend. I have

What a weekend. I have been working overtime putting together a killer presentation for the Interactive Intelligence Global User Conference. I fly out tomorrow and spend a few days in Indiana meeting with the company and their customers. I cant give too much away but Ill be discussing how VoIP is intersecting with contact centers. SIP, WiFi telephony, and other hot topics. The word on the street is that Interactive Intelligence is doing a great job replacing equipment in lots of the largest call centers. I heard amazingly good comments about them from the call center outsourcing leaders at TMCs GCCOS event recently. Speaking of events, we have been busy finding dates and ballrooms in our Miami show hotel that can accommodate the torrid growth of our Internet Telephony Shows. Please mark your calendars. I hope to see you at both. February 21-25, 2005 - Hyatt Regency Hotel
