No, We Have the Fewest Dropped Calls

New technology will allow us to truly take advantage of less dropped calls. Article excerpt: With Dynamic Optimization, networks can "borrow" unused capacity from areas where it isn't currently needed and redirect it to areas of high use, van Smit explains: "It's a completely new approach that results in fewer dropped calls and better service for customers." One would imagine this research would be done in the US but no – new Zealand which I can't imagine has the same capacity problems we have here in the US. But alas, I have no reason to go to New Zealand and have never been there. I figure if I write about this fine country enough I may get an invite from their tourism agency to come visit and write a story or something. Oh by the way, Lucent is one of the people doing this cell phone capacity research.
