Yes, indeed-ee, that's what we have here from a recently conducted survey.

The hot gadgets in question -- HDTV, iPod or some other desirable gadget.

On the other side of the coin, one out of every 16 of the ladies would ditch their boyfriends for some of that gadget glory, too. (Thanks to www.planet.nl for the image.)

(Wonder how the iPhone introduction would affect these numbers -- new survey needed, please.)

Makes me wonder how many out there would ditch their significant other for a gadget?

And if you did so, what gadget would it be?

The phone lines are open ....

Forget dumping your boyfriend for new gadgets...how about dumping him with a gadget???? Anyone but anyone who's into their phones should at least have heard of Spinvox. I've had it for about 4 months now and I love it!! Luckily I got my ex onto it too, and instead of having to call up and leave the inevitable, 'it's not you, it's me voicemail', I left it so that he could read it within minutes (I think the message got through better in black and white). This did happen, but I wouldn't recommend breaking up with someone via phone, but defintely recommend Spinvox, I just hated the pain that came with existing voicemail, so that's my gadget of the moment now.
