Cool new GPS product I found via Gizmodo which as they state, looks eerily similar to the TomTom Go product.
The Garmin StreetPilot is one of the first really self-contained GPS units to come out of Garmin. Designed to get you from Point A to Point B without all the fuss and muss. TrustedReviews feels this thing looks a lot like the TomTom Go, but I think any GPS unit with a color touchscreen will now look like the TomTom Go, seeing as how everyone else is now playing catch-up.

I couldn't install the C320 ver7 CD update from Garmin. Email between me and support was:
1. Problem:ZZ
The unlock # you sent maybe for the ver 6.
.garmin.com/cartography/mapsource/select_option.asp?L=xx&xx=xxxxx
NJ the update to ver7 will not unlock
Ser# v7 Uxxxxxxxxx from CD case.
unlock code xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx will not unlock it (v7)

I am happy to help you with this. You are correct the code that was sent to you was for version 6. The situation is this. You were sent an early version of 7, when we thought that it would work for the C320, unfortunately it won't. The DVD that you have will not work for a C320, you need to visit http://www.garmin.com/unlock/update.jsp and order the update for the C320 that will be released 10-15-05, Once you have ordered that. Once you receive the correct DVD in the mail you will then visit, http://www.garmin.com/unlock/ and enter your customer code of xxxxxxx. This will allow you to generate the correct unlock code. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. It would have been a bigger problem had you actually gotten a code and been able to load that version of v7 into your C320, at that point you would have needed to send it in for repair.

2. The version of 7 that you have will not work for a C320, we thought it would, do not attempt to install it on your unit. You will have to go online and get the version especially created for the c320 that will be released 10-15-05

x The problem could have been resolved quicker and without a lot of wasted time by me if it had been posted on their web site, Registered customers notified and the first line support was made aware of the problem on my original contact.
I still find the 320C to be top notch. hopefully the version 7 will have an update on the maps.
PS. I appreciate Scotts forthcoming and am not upset, thanks to his truthfull customer relations.

I bought recently the Streetpilot C320.
Due to a problem I had to reinstall the CitySelect software. And now it won't work anymore?
What can I do?
Just bought the c320 as a gift for my son. Spent 6 hrs trying to get maps to load without success (used two computers, as 1st one wouldn't read all of the CD). The error we get is that it thinks we don't have an SD card installed. I've tried the card which came with the machine, as well as a new 512MB (Sandisk) card which I also tried reformatting when it didn't read. We've tried unlocking, uninstalling/reinstalling, and a number of other maneuvers, without success.
Any ideas? We'd like to use this unit later today!!, and of course, there is no support on the weekend.
