<p><font size="2">Much ado yesterday about </font><font size="2"><strong>Michael Eisner</strong>, the former <strong>Walt Disney</strong> CEO, has joined the board of <strong><a href="http://www.veoh.com">Veoh Networks</a></strong>, a Web-based distributor of video and TV programming. Eisner also teamed with <strong>Time Warner</strong> and venture-capital firm <strong>Spark Capital</strong> to invest $12.5 million in broadband TV startuo.</font></p>
