        <![CDATA[<p>They will never disappear but things are changing quickly within the music industry. They are looking for artists that have done most of the hard work already. </p>

<p>In my off time I do the marketing for an NYC based R&B/Soul Singer-Songwriter by the name of Levar Thomas. I have personally utilized the social networking sites to do most of his promotions. I have also noticed the same trends with major record labels.</p>

<p>It is going to get interesting in the coming years thats for sure. Hopefully things will work out for the better. </p>]]>
