Well, thought I'd do a live streaming test from my Windows Mobile 6.1 XV6700 mobile phone in preparation for Internet Telephony Expo (ITEXPO) next week. I plan on live streaming portions of the show, which you'll be able to watch via my blog. I may do some video interviews as well.
This streaming video test will last until at least 11am.

Did you use Asterisk to implement this live stream?
Is there a tutorial online for this?
Thank you!
Actually, I just installed Livecast (http://www.livecast.com/) on my Windows Mobile phone and use their hosted service to stream the video to multiple participants. They also host the video recordings for future playback. Pretty easy actually.
Qik.com also offers a client for many mobile phones, but they don't support my model.
I actually came across a wonderful video search and download site for mobile phone. It works for all kinds of cell phone. http://www.vuclip.com
Hello everyone. I've been searching online to try to find a way to convert my mobile camcorder to function as my laptops camcorder. I'm not sure if this is even possible, but I'm assuming with everything out there it's worth a shot [pardon the pun-hawhaw]. I was thinking it would definetly have to do with using a USB chord which I have, but as far as what to do next; I'm lost! If this isn't already possible, it should be! It would be very cool to be able to transform your cell phone into a live feed to be used on any computer. =] Cheers.
Great software, as well as wirecast. We use it for our customer's with our live streaming video platform.
