ADSL2+ is pretty impressive though using copper to get lots of bandwidth (25 Mbits/s) to the home.I should point out that the CG3210 is double the rate of the previous CG3110 chipset which peaked at 160Mbps. CG is currently the sole supplier of HomePNA 3 chips. I should mention that AT&T Uverse uses CG and they are engaged with Alcatel, Microsoft, Motorola, Scientific Atlanta, and 2Wire. CopperGate claims to be the main supplier of chips for in-home connectivity.
