Russell Shaw today launched his new TMC blog entitled RSS: Regulations, Statutes and Standards, joining the family of TMC bloggers that cover VoIP, telecom, call center/CRM, and other communications technologies. RSS, a play off of the popular Really Simple Syndication (RSS) acronym will focus on regulations and happenings in government that affect the telecom & VoIP sectors.
