I get Skype spam invites all the time, but they never include an enticing text message such as "Talk to me sexy." It's possible some of the Skype invites I get are legit. That is to say, Skype users could be searching for me using Skype's powerful search capabilities. I get tons of phone calls and email requesting 'VoIP consulting' assistance, so it's possible they searched my name so they could talk about VoIP with me. I of course always decline Skype invites from people I don't know. In any case, here's a photo from Flickr showing a spammer who for the first time that I am aware of included a "spammy text" message within the Skype invite.
