I am curious about the propagating of the ms word Lottery Winners is this true or not. Because on my e-mail I'd received the notification of Mr. Steve Scot@yahoo.uk that I won a GBP 5,500,000.00 pounds and before I received the said amount, I must pay 599 pounds for the courier, please give me the answered of this confusion.
