No, that's not the name of a 60s exploitation movie, it's a plan by Alenia Aeronautica, an Italian aeronautics group, to create the X-Sky, a pilotless drone that can make mid-flight decisions without much prompting. X-Sky may then be used to train the Dassault Neuron UCAV drone which may, in turn, be able to launch nuclear warheads. Doesn't anyone watch the Terminator movies? Don't they know when SkyNet goes live?
