Yes, Flat-Screens Are the New Standard

Not too surprising to read that falling prices, stylish features and desire for higher-quality leisure time are fueling the sale of flat-screen monitors and TVs.

What is surprising is that estimates predict 90% of computer monitors and 40% of TV sold in North America will be flat-screens by the end of this year. DisplaySearch has the full story at www.displaysearch.com.

Big bulky moitors are outdated and flat screen isare sleek and sexy and with LCDs it is Awesome! By the end of the year 90% monitors will be flat, thats great and very soon all the computers will have flat screen monitors. So, it will be wiser for me to keep my Bulky CRT monitor safely as who knows Nostalgia can earn me a few dollars on ebay, say after 5 years!

Yes, there is a certain logic in holding onto this stuff as collectibles -- or to start your own "Museum of Early 21st Century Computing."

Flat screens are like broadband. Once you have tried it, you will never go back!
