Dear Ken Pearson,

Thank you for contacting AT&T CallVantage Service.

I apologize for the difficulties that you have encountered with the
CallVantage service. In reviewing your account, I see that we are
attempting to restore your traditional phone service. Unfortunately were are
encountering issues that are delaying this change and I cannot provide
you a date in which your services will be restored at this time. I
apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

They cant give me a date nor tell me if they will ever get my phone service on. Yes I tryed to go with another Server but Callvantage is holding us hostage and have a block on our line not to allow another server to connect.

STAY AWAY FROM CALLVANTAGE!!!!

REGARDS
