BT's Move to voip is imminent, But they just cant compete at the moment
I think they neither have the expertise, or a track record in customer service to make the big move, or make YOU move over to voip.

Would you trust them?

Callquality PBX (PHONE SYSTEM) Will perform any task or call route that you could imagine,
Complete safety of automatic call redirection to any number even if your telephone line or broadband connection is removed it can redirect to group of mobiles (before you even realise the line is dead)
Complete call Recording for a few years. Further more Up to 200 connections/phones calls through One box, One line, with call quality. Beat That..... http://www.callquality.co.uk
