      <![CDATA[<p>The Washinton Post is reporting that the <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A31082-2005Feb16.html">FCC is probing the blocking of Internet phone calls</a></p><p>According to the Washington Post, the federal government is looking into allegations that as many as 200 people who switched from traditional telephone service to placing calls via the Internet had their new voice service blocked by the local telephone company.</nitf /> </p><p><nitf />Federal Communications Commission Chairman Michael K.
