I am trying to install google earth. It gives me error "This application has failed to start because OUTLLIB.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
I tried to re-install, did not fix it. I searched for OUTLLIB.dll, it is existing in
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11 and
c:\WINDOWS\system32\CCM\Cache\FC100022.3.System\FILES\PFILES\MSOFFICE\OFFICE11

Any help will be appreciated.

Now my suggestion to the error installing google earth is to make sure that the file is around 10mb. The one at the moment is 11.5mb so i suggest u not to download it. This occurs when the google servers overload causeing u while downloading cut out files.

When I first time open google earth, it just show up about one minite and close itself. I try to open it again then I get note "google earth did not logout correctly previously. delete catch file......". I delete the catch file and try again. the same thing happen again? Please email me if you know the solution. Thanks.

I can installit, but i CANT run it, when i try to login firs indicate this server ( kh.google.com ) then display a window contains this error... Google Earth could not contact kh.google.com, please check your networck connection and retry in 15 minutes.

Hello. I am writing on hehalf of my Japanese friend who is having a problem installing google earth. He has a Dell laptop with Windows XP. He has been able to install GE, but gets an error message saying "Could not load image" or "image not found".

Do you know what might be causing this problem. I appreciate any help with this matter.

Hi, I am facing the same problem to uninstall Google Earth. I have even tried to remove it using *CONTROL PANEL*, without success. It cannot run, cannot be removed and cannot uninstall.

i downloaded google earth just fine but the image isnt as detailed as the image on my work computer.

Google Earth is causing me great concern. I have tried to remove it from my computer and the error (-5004 : 0x7e) appears, preventing me from completing the unistallation.

cannot download google earth I am on windows 2000 profesioal and do not have a compatable 3d graphics card it is an old computer.

I have ISA Server on domain & the user can't access the google earth after intallation , can i know what's the domains can add on the ISA to use google earth and search on it .

I'm having a same problem a few others here are enduring.
My Security search showed 558 errors in my (Free) Google Earth program. UGH....
I've tried the un-installion process in My programs...but it just keeps saying ERROR...and won't in-install it.
Any advice as to how get Google Earth completely out of my system would be greatly appreciated!
