Internet Telephony Magazine and Customer Interaction Solutions go Digital

Rich Tehrani, publisher of Internet Telephony and Customer Interaction Solutions has made a major announcement regarding TMC's publications. We're going digital! Yep, that's right - digital. That is, you'll be able to download Acrobat PDF versions of our print magazines. This is great for several reasons, not the least of which, this opens the door for our print magazines to reach the international community. While both magazines' content is published in HTML format on TMCNet.com, the advertisements and all the graphics (including product shots, diagrams, screenshots), etc. are NOT included. With the digital format you'll get the same look and feel as the print magazine with all of the benefits of the graphics and advertisements.

TMC's Internet Telephony Magazine was the industry's first VoIP magazine and was launched in 1996 - before VoIP became so fashionable. Well, once again, TMC is on the leading-edge with the first digital magazine covering the VoIP industry as well as the first digital magazine covering the call center/CRM space.
