I had a very interesting meeting with Digium today in Huntsville, AL. Just got back to my hotel and fly back tomorrow. Stay tuned for more on what I learned.

I don't understand why Digium doesn't have a multi-tennant product. They already have the single tennant product nailed.
There are a lot of ITSP's that would use a Digium front end for their business. I heard a while back that Digium was partnering with Integrtics http://opensourcepbx.tmcnet.com/topics/open-source/articles/27800-digium-picks-enswitch-from-integrics-enhance-asterisk-carriers.htm but that was a while ago and havn't heard anything yet.
I think the first company that can emulate a key system, I am talking 3x8 Norstar key system functionality will be instant millionaires. The hardest transition a company will ever make, telecom wise, is going from a key system to a PBX transfer system. When a company is used to pressing hold and telling Joe to pick up line 3, then telling them they have to know where Joe is and press all these buttons, there is always push back. Even with park we need key system type functionality for the micro businesses.
