      <![CDATA[<p>I'm actually in the process of writing an article on <a href="http://www.populartelephony.com/">Popular Telephony's</a> Peerio product, which you can think of as an enterprise-oriented peer-to-peer (P2P) version of the popular consumer-oriented <a href="http://www.skype.com">Skype</a>.</p>

<p>Is Peerio a Skype-killer?  Well, read my article in <a href="http://www.tmcnet.com/voip/">Internet Telephony Magazine</a> to find out.  It will be out in a little while.</p>

<p>In the meantime, I came across this news release that <a href="http://www.logicom/">Logicom</a>, the #2 largest phone manufacturer in France has inked a deal with Popular Telephony to develop a feature-rich prototype Peerio-intelligent IP DECT (DECT = cordless for us non-Europeans) telephone.  </p>
