VoIP mega-merger mania?

With Internet Telephony Conference & Expo in Los Angeles next week, I've been hearing some buzz about some major news to coincide with the show, including at least one possible merger of a well-known VoIP player. We recently had mega-VoIP deal eBay buying Skype, so who's next? I can't say who the rumored acquisition target is right now, but it will be an interesting merger if it is true.
