VoIP, Where are you IBM?

I was reading this blog entry:
VOIP WMD's Inbound
and skibare raises some interesting points.

First and foremost, I have to reiterate my comment on his blog, where I said, "When it comes to VoIP, where is IBM? Are they asleep at the wheel or are we going to be hit with a major surprise by IBM entering the VoIP space?"

    Tiscali NOW entering the VOIP battlefield and Tiscali WAS a Top 10 Customer of Level3 over the years and KNOWS Level3 very well............

    is Tiscali going to join Level3 ranks for VOIP????? WHY NOT???? everyone else is! MY BET is yes!
