Yapper VoIP device

Came across this new VoIP company in the VoIP Forums called Yapper. Reminds me of the Clapper. Clap on, clap off, the clapper!

Anyway, the thread claims "from what I understand www.yapinternational.com has an absolutley incredible new dial up voip solution...I ve been told it works great....and you dont even need a computer or broadband connection".

So after reading this, I said, "ok, I'll bite. I'll go check them out".

I checked out their website and everything I read on their website makes me believe it's just another analog telephony adaptor (ATA) device. Maybe I'm missing something. Someone fill me in exactly what the Yapper is. I'd research it more, but it's almost 6pm and I have to run.

here's the thread:
VoIP Forum Call Center Forum other Forums: voip without computer!!

p.s. check out their motto "yap till yet blue in the face!"
