Vonage has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 31,250,000 shares of common stock, which are being sold by Vonage at a price of $17.00 per share. Shares of Vonage common stock will trade on the e undeNew York Stock Exchangr the symbol “VG.” The company has granted the underwriters in the offering the right to purchase up to an additional 4,687,500 shares at the initial public offering price to cover allotments, if any. Although I am a current Vonage customer, I'm about to dump Vonage due to quality issues with the Vonage service. So you won't see any Vonage stock in my portfolio.
