ITW is a different kind of show as it is focused on making deals and building business relationships. The multiple show floors feature bilateral tables, a multitude of private meeting rooms and exhibits by various communications vendors. The energy generated here is second to none as people move from meeting to meeting and communicate in dozens of languages; all with objective of generating more business and serving their customers around the world.
Normally, I would attend overnight which provides me time to meet with the Capacity Magazine folks, make sure our space looks good and discover what the major communications vendors are touting. However, this week, I am meeting with our local sales team and number one Master Agent, TBI (Telecom Brokerage Inc). TBI is holding a Grand Opening and Vendor Fair on Thursday and it is important for Broadvox to attend both as a vendor to grow the number of interested agents but more importantly in appreciation for the relationship we have with TBI. The event marks TBI’s 21 years in the communications business. As one of the nation’s leading master agents, TBI manages subagents who sell our products. They provide key resources such as back-office support, experienced consultation and product training.
For that we say to TBI, Congratulations!
