ANPI and Channel Partners 2013

Normally, my blogs do not address ANPI specifically. However, last week was somewhat momentous. We announced the release of our retail SIP Trunking products and the establishment of our new group of channel managers.

The ANPI SIP Trunk is available with unlimited local and long distance calling including 35 countries. Of course, for those not requiring long distance calling, an option is available to pay for long distance at a discounted per minute rate.

SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) can be implemented in various ways and still be considered as compliant. This leads to interoperability issues and can caused delays in service turn up. To avoid this, ANPI provides an Internet Access Device (IAD) with every SIP Trunking order. In addition to addressing potential interoperability issues, the IAD allows for ANPI to monitor the performance and availability of the SIP Trunk and expand the market beyond native SIP connections to include PRIs, CAS and analog circuits. Thus, the ANPI SIP Trunk will work with nearly any phone system (key system, TDM PBX, IP PBX or Hybrid PBC) and any type of broadband.

The initial distribution for ANPI SIP Trunking is an indirect channel made up of Master Agents, Subagents, Independent agents and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). While we apply various criteria to attract and select excellent representatives, we also need to provide training, sales support, company and product updates, customer account information and data regarding commissions and bonuses.  The ANPI Premier Program is led by Chad Krantz, National Channel Director, and six regionally placed channel managers.

ANPI SIP Trunking is our first retail product that is also positioned for our existing and growing carrier customer base. Finally, for those of you that have been part of the ANPI ecosystem for many years, please note our new website and web address, www.anpi.com.

ANPI is establishing a new identity, building new products and developing new opportunities for our customers and partners to sell new products and attain new revenue streams. During Channel Partners last week in Las Vegas, ANPI launched the new look, products and team to execute our company vision.
